· My primary role is to support the Associate Chief of Staff of Research and Development by managing a variety of clerical, administrative, and office support duties.

· I serve as an intermediary between the University of South Florida, Roskamp Institute, TAVREF and other outside research facilities.

· I develop and simplify code for Microsoft Power Apps and oversee Microsoft Teams SharePoint websites for research activities.

· I develop and manage the research educational digital databases with video files, conference transcripts and other materials provided by Research presenters.

 

· I create and maintain how-to walkthrough guides for various projects. Easing personnel through either website or documentation form difficulties.

· I contribute to the ethical environment and culture by striving to “do the right things for the right reasons” and by encouraging others to do the same.

· I maintained knowledge of all areas of the business office in able to communicate information and to answer questions from the Veteran's, families, caregivers and healthcare teams regarding Veteran entitlements and benefits.

· I managed and collaborated with large health care system providers including VA and non-VA specialists, hospitals, diagnostic and treating facilities, and community-based programs regarding the Veteran’s well-being.

 

· I provided front-line contact with patients and staff, and set the tone for perception concerning quality of healthcare services at the VA.

· Departments managed: Radiology and Laboratory (Main Hospital & Primary Care Clinic), Physical Therapy (Spinal Cord Injury – Main Hospital & 42nd Street Clinic), Dental (Primary Care Clinic).
